change the dimenstions to 5em

There is error in profile setup due to ping function. I think it useless to have ping functionality on profile setup.

profile setup wont finalize at the last step. it says the page is broken

I think due to the non-stop ping , session closing not happen. When i restart the computer, i can enter to site without login and no data appear.

I think its better to check session details in ping request too.

validate course name for insert only letters,
course code accept only 4 numbers.
