Some external files are copied from the local build folder, then if not found are copied from installed location

Some components (map test files for good, bad images) should be included in the Inno scripts but are not required in the batch files are Visual Studio handles the copying

Need to add external files (third party stuff) in Inno scripts and post-build batch files

Some external files are copied to their own sub-folder, need to fit this into the file structure somehow

Need a finished callback that is called when all the async stuff is done

Some references are not actually references, more placeholders for files to be included (for example sites, additional setup files), these need to be added somehow

Some references to projects are not explicitly included in Visual Studio so reviewing the references list will flag them to be removed. Some options are:

1 Explicitly call a method in the reference so it has to be explicitly added
2 Add a comment format to the references file to indicate that this is not explicitly referred to
