I would recommend teaming up with @Soneliem and implementing a panel within the launcher that could display the current data of the lobby. Would be neet to reduce having to run multiple applications.

Depending on the implementation, you could possibly look into DX hooking and possibly draw an overlay over the game similar how overwolf behaves.

Ability to export signed in accounts (I'm unsure of riot auth being exported but username/password should be possible) to a file and then import them on a fresh Assist install

Background: I tend to reset my windows setup periodically and signing into each of the accounts I use can become extremely annoying (primary reason for me using username/pass instead of riot auth cause it used to sign me out every 5 days or so)

Not sure if this feature would be in high demand, but for me I have 7 total accounts for different reasons. I am only able to add 5 total accounts and would like to be able to add more. Thanks for considering.

It would be great if this app implemented a crosshair changer similar to what ValorantCC offers.
ValorantCC is a great way to customize your crosshair beyond what is possible with the ingame client, like changing outline color and also more color options in general so it would be great to see something like that integrated in Assist.

ValorantCC is a bit limited though since you can't really modify your crosshair other than colors so having the option to make more changes would be fantastic but I can understand that's a much more time consuming undertaking.

Hello, I am currently unable to login to assist either by logging in directly or through the riot login option in the program. I do have 2 factor enabled on my account if that makes a difference. Attached is the log from one of my attempts.

I am on a fully up to date windows 11 PC.

The exact error message is:

instead of opening assist and being logged in to the default account
instead, let it choose from the start

whenever u login to an account it uses a fixed settings and controls instead of using last controls so for example:
my fixed settings in assist will be 0.471 and controls are q,e,v,x
i exit valorant with 1 Sensitivity and ability controls are z,q,c,x
when i open valorant again my settings will change back to 0.471 and q,e,v,x

There's no way to remove the registry files along with the software if one doesn't need it anymore.

You can avoid it easily by pressing some buttons, but it would be great if user won't see it at all. Problem is that publisher of setup executable is unknown. If this publisher info is present, problem will be solved.

Just downloaded this. When I click on Play, it says "Launching Valorant" then the screen goes away and nothing happens. What could the issue be?

This project could benefit from using GitHub Actions or CircleCI to ensure that there's traceability between the source and versions, especially when it comes to compiled binaries.

It might be because I installed the game in a different path, not in the default path. So, perhaps add a feature to the installer to select the directory where the game is installed…?

it is possible with scripts like this but would be better if the program gives the option to make it default from the assist and I wouldn't have to use third-party scripts. this is actually an easy thing

There is a way to copy over all settings from one account to another including crosshairs, agent profiles etc.

Its a useful feature for alts and since they already login to assist, it could be easier to copy settings between accounts.

Would it be possible to implement an API check on the client similar to the Riot Client where it looks up the Riot API using the /val/status/v1/platform-data API to show alerts similar to this?

The response body of that API request actually contains the data necessary to show patches/maintenance happening, though I don't know how hard it may be for you to obtain a production key...

I got this crash when switching accounts today. Not quite sure what triggered it, Assist had been open for a few hours. Next time I switched account it was fine

Seems like an issue with the smooth open / close effect bugging out. It actually flickers way harder but that's not visible due to the low framerate.

As the title says, an option to be able to turn off Rich Presence for the assist launcher because I just don't like to have an RPC on while playing valorant.

I had a problem that Assist could not launch the game and just close after saying "Lauching the game" or something.
I found that my game was installed on my "E:" disk, and the Assist on my "C:" (which are 2 differents disk and not just paritions).
So to solve the problem I had to uninstal the Assist and reinstall it on the other disk.

Assist is not detecting game after I change the pack even if I reinstall.

Integration of live match information grabbing like in WAIUA or VALORANT rank yoinker would be great.

Hi! Recently I showed my russian friends this wonderful app, and they liked it! But they seem to struggle a bit, because they don't know the language as good as I do. Also I can help with the translation. This is not a first priority of course, but I'd love to see it in future versions.

Given you already have discord rtc, you could possibly add the friend's list and their in-game status (ie. in a party or match type and score) on the dashboard.

Some translations were weird, as a native I can help correct them.

Example: start game button, portuguese: "Toque", the correct one would be - "Jogar" or "Iniciar"

While this might take a lot of work, I consider this to be a huge feature that should probably be on the roadmap.

This might be quite hard to debug on the original launcher, but I believe a lead where we could start is by looking at the update log files, which list out the endpoints contacted to make it all work.

I love using Assist for Valorant but I have to open the Riot Client when I want to play the PBE patchline of the game. Could a dropdown to change patchlines be added to the home screen?

Some Overwolf applications like Buff or Insights don't work with Valorant when launched via Assist

I have a tiny 720p monitor, and when using the app there's no way to fullscreen or resize it in any way so a little bit of the bottom is cut off. The app is still perfectly usable, just a minor thing.

Getting error after hitting login, I do think that it is because of the OTP that is required before logging in to riot or maybe something about permissions (?)
