What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. kirk_key55 is missing, which is required for libpsardumper.c:Demangle().
It passes 0x55 as header->keyseed to sceUtilsBufferCopyWithRange().

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Demangle failed then DecryptPRX2() failed also.

Please provide any additional information below.
Attached test program named psardumperZ, which should be capable of everything 
except KL3/4E and 2RLZ decompression.

fixed kirk_CMD1/7/11:
Kirk_CMD1&7 doesn't check the input size properly.
Kirk_CMD11 doesn't work at all.

if(x%16) x += 16-(x%16);
is equivalent to
x=(x+0x0f)&0x0f; or x=(x+N-1)%N;
which is much more common
