aeinfinitybooster's Issues

Mod causing crash upon launch

latest.log
AE Infinity Booster crashes on start up with ae2 installed. It seems to be running into an error due to the injection method of MixinWirelessTerminalHost.java . This is on forge v47.1.0. Not sure if the issue has to do with ae2 itself and the mixin file error is a byproduct, or if the mixin file error is the only issue, but ae2, with it's dependencies, seems to work fine. I've included my log file for the crash.

Dimension Card not working when trying to access in Nether.

Currently running the latest version of AEInfinityBooster (as of 28th Feb 2022) 1.18.1. This is on All The Mods 7 modpack.
I have put an infinity range booster into the wireless access point and the dimension card into the wireless crafting terminal.
If I go to the nether I get Wireless out of Range and i'm unable to access the ME from there.

Increase energy cost of infinity/dimension booster cards

less than 20 ae/t for either booster card is incredibly cheap, especially on a server where Refined Storage is also installed when the dimension card costs 8000 rf/t

would be nice if this mod could increase the power consumption, ideally configurable

Dimension card not providing access to the ME network through dimensions (ATM7 1.1.2)

Minecraft 1.18.2 ATM7 1.1.2 (current)
Hi , I have a Dimension card set up in my ME wireless access point wich works fine in the overworld but does not in other dimensions (Nether and Compact Machines). Instead, I get this message in the chat : " Station cannot be located ". Not sure if it's a bug or if i'm missing something, I'm open to any suggestion !

doesn't load on 1.19

So I tried using this, and it said it supports 1.19, but every time I try to load the game, it throws me the "needs language provider" error. Is this an issue with curseforge or the mod itself?

AEInfinityBooster-neoforge-1.0.0+30 isn't a valid mod file.

Excessive log spam for 'Creating Creative Mode Tab' message

Good day,

I hope this finds you well. While working on creating a modpack and debugging some errors, I stumbled upon a repetitive log message related to AEInf.Booster. Specifically, the message:

[Render thread/INFO] [uk.co.he.ae.AEInfinityBooster/]: Creating Creative Mode Tab

is logged 77 times in the console. I traced it back to this line in the repository.

I would assume this also scales with the mod count currently I'm working with just 32 mods, but there are far bigger modpacks.

Would you consider decreasing the log level to debug for this? My thought process is that this seems more like an internal message rather than something an end-user would need to see frequently. If users are interested, they can always adjust their logger settings to access debug logs.

Another suggestion would be to add the actual creative-tab id, provided it is possible, to the debug-message so that one may identify what exactly happens.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Warm regards,
Roman

Dimension Card allows Item Access but not Crafting Receipe access without channel

So for a few weeks now I had this issue that I could take items out of and throw them back into the ME system without any problems, but crafting recipes were not shown and I also couldn't autocraft items which were still in stock, just like if I had disconnected any autocrafting from the network. Wired terminals worked without problems.

Turns out that my Wireless Access Point was missing a channel, which was taken by some change I made along the cable. Anyway, with the dimension card inside the access point I could still access items from the system, just not autocrafting. This looks like a bug to me, since a missing channel for the access point shouldn't allow any wireless access to the network. After removing the dimension card, I lost access to the network (saying "Wireless out of range" since there was no active AP on the network), when inserting the card again, I could again access all items.

Using Direwolf20 1.18, so this might be already fixed, although I didn't find any related issue or commit.
