Currently if the /home/.lokinet/ folder doesn't exist, or if that folder requires root permissions and there is no netdb-service folder inside it, lokinet fails to run

A forked process can crash without taking lokid. Lokid is a priority because of the deregistration has a financial aspect to it.

lokinet being in the same process can make cgroups with lokid easier.

I guess a config option to let you fuck with lokid console if lokinet/storage aren't working would be good

We should have a framework for managing crashed processes and we shouldn't be cramming more into lokid. lokid needs process isolation. A managed miniservice approach is best.
