Delete Button Issue for Recently Added Todo Without Page Refresh

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add a new todo item.
2. Without refreshing the page, attempt to delete that recently added todo item using its delete button.

Expected Behavior:
The newly added todo item should be deletable using their respective delete buttons without needing to refresh the page.

Actual Behavior:
While the delete button of an existing todo item functions as expected, attempting to delete a newly added todo item using its delete button results in the deletion process not being initiated. The newly added todo item remains unaffected.
