The signup form fields expand when there is feedback about input such as password rules

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Signup page
2. fill in the form
3. fill the password field
4. see all fields expands when there is feedback about the password rules

Expected behavior
Consistent form.

The Mainpage gradient looks like it covers only half the page.

1. Visit the Mainpage
2. Notice the background gradient

Expected behavior
It should cover the whole page.
