轻轻拖动，松手，tab已切换而页面没切换，这是给使用者留的考题吗？

有没有想过，如果页签动态减少到三个或者更少，改怎么布局，样式就变化啦

也就是
-(UIView*)testview{

}

这种写法没太明白,为什么这么写? 和
-(UIView*)testview{
if (!_testview) {
_testview = [UIView new];
}
return _testview;
}
写法有什么区别? 第一种的结构为什么是什么样的?它的关键词是什么?
