This will be a simple app to learn TypeScript.

Currently:

• Responsive
• Can add new todos
• Can filter todos by category or competion status

Features needed:

• save todo completion status
• Save todos

TS issues:
use map and have ToDo list store id: ToDo
render complete todos at bottom of list
sqlite or local storage for todos?

HTML issues:
fix inaccessible select (in filter)

CSS issues:
update px to rem
(em for padding)
height of .box visible screen estate (use new css after old)
