Add an option for fetching members of an adkats role to insane limits.

Best option would be here to modify FetchAuthorizedSoldiers in AdKats first.

Atm it is only possible to request 1 group and you have to name them.

An alternative would be add an InsaneLimits setting. Array of names to fetch
and then let IL run a fetch in the background for those groups.

Store the mapping for each player in global settings.

And add a property to the player interface for getting players.
