1.03 will have the option to permanently hide/show the Stick by usage of the Options/Special-Tab like other planes

there is now a bind present for this, but no default key is assigned. the F-18 also has an entry and the default key is backspace, which is currently unused for the A-4, so i suggest this as a default for this entry.
note: Can we add "Back" as the keystroke name entry in the LUA? I have tried to set this up and failed.
