The exercise tab (this should really be renamed to practice) implements no protection from never reaching two consecutive runs.

• Implementation on the client side. This should be relatively straightforward as the code is present in the exercise tab.
• Implementation on the server: POST receiver and database. This feature may be a bit more complex.

Implement an admin console that allows anyone (also non-tech-experts) to deploy a test with a custom name, config, and even source. When loading the page, the test admin can select to which of these deployed tests to connect.
