Just a tiny Python slack bot that tells jokes at random

You can 'teach' the bot new jokes by at-mentioning it + 'new joke', e.g. @witzbot new joke

To view all availabe options: at-mention + ' help', e.g. @witzbot help

1. You need to set up a Slack app via the Slack App configuration page.
2. For setting up the python slack bot, you can refer to the ansible installation playbook to get an idea of the basic steps to install the application and run it.
