the INAV OSD file doesn't work, I have made a Resource directory on my sdcard and copied the file to this directory. Then renamed it to FC_VARIANT.bmp.

The OSD was the same as without the bmp file.

Did anyone tested these files ?

Seems like 4.3.0 BF didn't get recognized when using custom fonts.
Have 2 quads, applied custom font to SharkByte VRX.
On 4.3 - stock font
On 4.4RC1 - custom font

Since we dont have VRX repo is it right place to report this Issue?

It appears the VRX4 firmware is not recognising Ardupilot font table correctly or the font file is not sticking.
Distance is being shown as " which is BetaFlight symbol - Ardupilot Table would be a plane.

If I name the file BTFL the fonts stick but we have to mod the Font Table.

Maybe I'm missing something...

• "mah" should say "mAh"
• "°f" should say "°F"
• "°c" should say "°C"
• "kph" should say "km/h"
• RPM symbol is missing
• pitch angle icon is misleading. It actually shows a rotation in the roll axis. It shouldn't be curved.
• the sun and clouds for altitude might be a bit misleading, but it's just a feeling
• the home icons should be different. The one on the first row is rendered instead of home arrow if the craft is at the home point. The one on the second row is rendered as a symbol of home distance.
• I have quite a problem with latitude and longitude icons. The latitude lines are parallel to equator, the line on the icon is horizontal, but the arrows at the end of the line shows more how longitude is being measured. I'd recommend to swap the icons or remove the pointy ends.
• The outer antialiasing must be removed. HDZERO has not an alpha channel, only RGB 127,127,127 pixels are fully transparent, all other are fully opaque.

Readme does not explain how to install custom font when using EMAX Transporter II HD as VRX.
I tried to follow the instructions of other VRXs since they look similar, but they do not work, always default font is loaded.
Is custom font a feature supported by this VRX? Can it be added into Readme?

Seems like new font only works when we reflash VRX with a *.bmp file in ./Resource folder?
I tried several times add new font without reflashing VRX, it didnt work.
I put font and reflash VRX - it works.
I delete font - goes back to stock.
I put font again - still stock..
Reflash with font in folder - get custom font to work again...
Is it bug or we must change Readme there?

I have SharkByte with 40.8F.4E.
