I don't see a license for any of this?

If gdbm-devel, db4-devel, or libffi-devel are installed when compiling Ruby, it will try to link them in without being included in the recipe. I think the first two can be optional, although there is a recipe already for gdbm, but ffi is pretty useful. If the gem gets compiled separately it can probably be winged though. Investigate.

Deleting the following fixes it, so I assume these should be in an if ! ubuntu-10.04.
