Backup to local

php artisan db:backup

Backup to S3

php artisan db:backup s3

Backup Location

local disk: storage/app/backups
s3 bucket: backups

its give empty file,

after run the command its give an empty file, with name app\backups\backup-1617921840.sql, but the file is empty, and the path is storage not storage/app/backup

syntax error near unexpected token `)'

why this error?
