  comment or uncomment code block

• GenerateFunctionHeader()
  generate function's header (Doxygen style, need to select function prototype first)

• GenerateFileHeader()
  generate file's header (Doxgen style)

• GenerateTemplate_C_File()
  generate .c file template

• GenerateTemplate_H_File()
  generate .h file template

Usage:

1. open source insight project
2. add .em file by "Add and Remove Project Files"
3. click "Options -> Key Assignments"
4. select a Macro e.g. utilities.em and click "Assign New Key"
5. press the key for shortcut and click "OK"
