fallblatt-module's Issues

Electrical schematics

Dear all, is there a schematics to connect the "SparkFun USB to RS-485 Converter" to the "new module" PCB? Thanks in advance!

Handling several modules

Hello,

This module works really great, thanky ou so much.
I a question: how can I control several modules? Can this be done via the same web GUI?
I see there is an architecture.md file in the project but do not see how to use it.

Thanks in advance and kind regards,
Genfersee

License Issue

Hello

You copied the documentation from our repo: https://github.com/adfinis-sygroup/sbb-fallblatt
Since our repo is GPL licensed all derivative work needs to be in a compatible license. MIT is not compatible with GPL.

So please adjust the license to something compatible with GPL or remove our work and just paste a link to our docs. I would suggest to change to GPL, since everyone will get the work back which is based on your code.

Strange behaviour with 2 modules

Hello,

I have modified the code to handle several modules. This is working good.
I have currently setup 2 modules, 1 with address 35 and the other with address 22.

The "move" command works always great and the appropriate module moves depending on the address used in the command:
fallblatt > <Buffer ff c0 23 05> (Position 5 for module 35)

The "step " command works great when I send the following command on the bus:
fallblatt > <Buffer ff c6 23> In that case, only module 35 moves 1 step.

But the problem comes when I send the following command on the bus:
fallblatt > <Buffer ff c6 16> In that case, both modules 22 and 35 move 1 step which is incorrect...
It looks like step command reacts this bad when sending to the lower address value of the 2 modules (here 22 which is <35).

Because of this bug, I can not initialise each modules separately.
Do you have any idea why this behaviour? The command sent to UART seems however correct.. did I miss something?

Kind regards.

Usage of a MAX-485 TTL

Hello,

Could i also use a MAX-485 TTL in your Application? And if so, how should i configure and connect it to my Raspberry Pi 3.

Thanks a lot for your answer,
SvenJaun
