Installing dependancies :
  Node.Js 
    npm install 
  Truffle 
    npm install -g truffle 
  Gnache 
    https://www.trufflesuite.com/ganache
  MetaMask 
    Install at the Chrome Web Store 
  Package Control 
    Preferances > Package Control > Install Package > 'Ethereum'
    
    
Creating Smart Contract 
  Import Project Folder Into text editor create a new file titled 'Election.sol'
  and type in the following:
    pragma solidity ^0.5.8;

    contract Election {
      //Store candidate 

      //Read candidate 
      string public candidate;

      // Constructor 
      function Constructor() public {
        candidate = "Candidate 1";
      }

    }
    
    Above code is creating the smart contract.
