Once we've created one of these DSL classes, we may later want to add a new property. If possible, it would be great to support generating the property, the builder property, the builder setter, and the addition of the property to the builder build function.

(On Slack you mentioned some challenges so feel free to enumerate those here 😄)

If I generate a SomeClass class, I want the DSL factory function to also be named SomeClass, rather than someClass, per the Kotlin style guide's factory function naming convention. Either making this the plugin's behavior, or adding an option to do this, would be nice IMO.

Currently the builder properties are generated like this:

@set:JvmSynthetic
lateinit var example: String //TODO: change to var and set default value

Since defaults are almost always desired, making use of Kotlin's TODO function would help here IMO. Then the property doesn't have to be lateinit, and runtime fails if the TODO isn't replaced.

@set:JvmSynthetic
var example: String = TODO("Provide a default value")
