It appears that when a reasoner is terminated (e.g. when the udnerlying service 
is automatically stopped by the OS kernel), the middleware does not update its 
links to it, causing exceptions such as the following:

ERROR/org.aspectsense.rscm.runtime.ContextService(12828): RemoteException while 
handling context value change event
        android.os.DeadObjectException
        at android.os.BinderProxy.transact(Native Method)
        at org.aspectsense.rscm.IContextListener$Stub$Proxy.onContextValueChanged(IContextListener.java:88)
        at org.aspectsense.rscm.runtime.ContextService$4.run(ContextService.java:737)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start program
2. goto page /newuser
3. submit username 'demo' password '123'

It should accept it and show the ID.
But it shows an error message.

i tried to test your rscm-runtime_version-0.2.0.apk and other apks on my 
samsung galaxy tab but was unable to even install it.
