Add toggle for de-duping in both modes

since snap decks can't have duplicates, seeing a dupe as an option is just a smaller card pool / fewer choices.

currently can mark "don't have card" for a dupe but in sealed mode that requires remembering everything you've previously opened.

Add sharing to sealed mode

so friends can use the same card pool to organize matches/tournaments

New feature: Add filter option for pool 1 & pool 2 cards

It takes a significant time for newer players to reach pool 3, so it would be cool to have an option in all modes to limit the scope of cards up to a certain pool.

Sealed mode gives duplicate cards

The sealed mode can give the same card in the same pack. It can also give you a card you already got in 2 different packs. Since you can't include a card twice in a Marvel Snap game, this seems like a bug.
