Running yarn prod halts and gets stuck displaying the following in console while not getting any further.

> cross-env NODE_ENV=production node_modules/webpack/bin/webpack.js --no-progress --hide-modules --config=node_modules/laravel-mix/setup/webpack.config.js

This seems to be only an issue on Windows. Running Windows 10 with the latest update.

PRs with a valid commit message and a merge one display as failed. This is due to the merge commit message not having the ticket number at the beginning.

Should be flagged if code is inside a wp-content/themes or wp-content/plugins directory

Linked PRs are determined based on PRs with the same source branch. Sometimes new branches are made when a PR is declined (e.g. if branch need to be broken down) so linked PRs should list these too. In this case, they should always have matching ticket number in the branch name, so this can be used.

On one of our PRs I am seeing an invalid Lines changed count (Screenshot below). The issue seems to be intermittent and not on all of them.

The commits page of a PR results in a refresh loop. It looks like it is related to the redirection for the ?w=1 query string.

I feel it shouldn't show if you are only deleting a test file and no test files have been created or modified.
