Could have a tag cloud as well as a drill down tag cloud of related tags.

Make it smart so once tags are in the system and there are over 3 issues with that tag it will scan the title/entry text field for possible tags to use and put them in the tag entry box automatically.

This could work similar to mp3 tag programs, shows all the fields, with a tickbox next to the input. You tick the box to enabled the input, and that change would make the change for all issues selected.

This would make the issues page open whichever custom query you wanted by default

Could probably just be another tracker, just less awkward. Have fields for instructions, expected results, initial state and test data.
Have acceptance test run tracking, i.e. the date, the revision, passed or failed, bug #, and variation from expected results.

Obviously just display them, the human brain can diff that unless we're dealing with forensics people. Theres a tool for that (I can't think of it now but google for it).

This would a virtual kanban wall. However it may take some jQuery to make it work nicely.
