Generate boilerplate HTML in the final output

Issue
Version 0.1.0 doesn't generate the necessary boilerplate HTML code.

Expected
The final HTML file should also contain the following boilerplate code:

  • DOCTYPE HTML
  • <html> tag
  • <head> tag, containing <title> tag
  • <body> tag

Let user decide the name of output file

Issue
Version 0.1.0 generates HTML file named index.html. The problem is that when you convert another file it will just overwrite the existing index.html with new content.

Expected
Let user decide the name of output file by passing another argument.

All continues `<li>` are generated in seperate parents element

Steps to reproduce:
Consider the following markdown code:

1. Lorem ipsum
2. Doler sit emet

The output generated will be:

<ol><li>. Lorem ipsum</li></ol><ol><li>. Doler sit emet</li></ol>

Expected output

<ol><li>. Lorem ipsum</li><li>. Doler sit emet</li></ol>
