Fix bug where needle bounce when the energy storage available to the outputting side is full.
Add configuration support.
More intelligently detect Electricity Meter's active state.
The block should be in active state when outputting energy from the internal storage.
When the block is not outputting energy and the storage's energy amount is 0 the block should be in inactive state.
To insure tha the block don't get stuck in active state when the energy amount is greater than 0 and no cable is connected to the output direction we should check that too. If there is no TileEntity in the output direction we set the block in inactive state.
Figure out what to do with interfaces from API's and that they may not be present at runtime.
Implement animation when the block is active.
This should be used: public void randomDisplayTick(World world, int x, int y, int z, Random random)
Fix ownerUUID in TileEntityElectricityMeter not being propatly retrieved.
I just remembered after a long time to report this. Dont have a crash report readily available. But it should be really easy to replicate. Just toss down a block on SMP.
Compatibility issue with Mekanism's ItemConfigurator in "rotate" mode.
The problem is that IMekWrench.canUseWrench() only returns true if the ItemConfigurator is in "wrench" mode.

My game crashed when I tried to use the multimeter (mouse right click) on the LV connector of immersive engineering.

Figure out a way to propatly get the EntityPlayer object from a UUID.
Fix missing grayed out background in BlockElectricityMeter GUI.
Figure out a proper recipe, maybe integrate with other mods and lend items from them?
Save chosen energy system to display to configuration.

Currently since the GuiScreen is smaller than GuiContainer because it's lacking the inventory, the components render incorrectly.
