Came across a pull request about adding AnyChart (rejected) in closed pull requests. Since only open-source things are allowed as you said there, IMHO, Highcharts should be removed from the list because this library is not open-source as finely explained and proved, for example, here. There are many commercial JS charting libraries with proprietary licenses. Highcharts and AnyChart are one of them. Just a quick thought, for consistency.
Would you be open to adding a "courses" section?
