Course_id invalid when create new user

When create new user, if course_id don't exist in courses_table, set user.course_id to NULL.
Use pull down menu instead of entering in "course" domain.
Use "course_name" instead of "course_id". More intuitive.

Signup page

course_name in model users should not be manually typed, it should be selected though a drop-down menu.

Student dashboard: homework list

In student dashboard, when user has several courses, list of homework should be arranged by course.
List homework of only one course. Use drop down menu to choose course.
