As the python packages do not change you can use the docker cache to speed up builds on code changes.

The container builds and runs correctly, however upon attempting to reach on localhost, it fails to reach the container.
When the app.py file is run using python, it correctly shows the page, thus it is an issue in Dockerfile or the build.

When the server is hit multiple times in a very short time frame, the program cannot keep up and skips a hit.
