Connect discord user with registration application

  • User logs into registration website with discord id as argument.
  • User required to accept rules
  • Discord bot pinged by registration website that user has registered
  • Discord bot changes name of person and adds hacker tag along with team tag

Detect when user joins discord and send a message through DM

  • Detect when user joins discord and send message as DM containing link to registration website.
  • Flag admin channel when user has DMs disabled
  • Message contains reactions that user can press to get help, it will send a message in the admin channel

Allow sponsors to move hackers from waiting room to sponsor channel

  • Have a list of sponsors that are on a notification list per sponsor voice chat waiting room
  • Send notification to list of sponsors in text channel when hacker joins discord waiting room
  • Sponsors can add reaction to message on whether to accept them and move them into the sponsor channel
  • Sponsors can remove a reaction to remove them from the discussion room
