There exist some few pages under this repo's github wiki for our members to do yearly etc, we should move these to under our new docs-site too somewhere.

I wasn't able to run the pages locally as there's no documentation on how to do it.

After studying a bit, looks like the Gemfile that is required to run jekyll is missing.

Please add that and instructions on how to run the pages in the readme.

To keep some history of closed hacklabs implement new "closed" status for hacklab information

Currently accepted states are active, building, idea, restructuring (see here: https://github.com/hacklab-fi/hacklab-website/blob/master/_includes/cities.html#L4). At least one more status closed is needed. (see pr: #54 )
