We need to organize this so the information is more easily navigated by users in the website. Should we organize by population groups, geographic areas, or service types?

Create a metadata logic for all the resources linked in the two documents.

Maybe we create a datatable that can be filtered by different categories? What's the fastests and easiest way we can get the information to folks looking for resources?

Keeping the team roster up to date helps us figure out who might need permissions upgraded, who to list on the project homepage, etc.
