Create a percent by group function

Fairly regularly it's useful to create a percent within a group.

To do this the pure tidyverse way it's a bit repetitive especially if you have multiple layers

mtcars %>%
    count(gear, cyl) %>%
    group_by(gear) %>%
    mutate(pct = n/sum(n))%>%
    ungroup()

I propose that a helper function be added to this to gen a pct within group.

I'm sort of picturing something like this

pct_by <- function(
    data,
    n = n,
    ...
){
    data %>%
        group_by(...) %>%
        mutate(pct = {{n}}/(sum({{n}}))) %>%
        ungroup()
}

but what ever fits into your api is good.
