Cannot use variable for versioning the workflow

I recently had this issue when implementing the test bed for our jenkins pipeline code.
Now trying to call a workflow in the same branch using github actions i run into the same issue.

do the workflow framework developers do not understand that we might have a lot of different versions and the need to use a variable to reference them? or for alocal one at least the version in my current branch?

sorry if thats not your piece of cake and I am at the wrong address.
if you know who are those people who do skip the variables for the versions please share with me :)

Reporting a vulnerability

Hello!

I hope you are doing well!

We are a security research team. Our tool automatically detected a vulnerability in this repository. We want to disclose it responsibly. GitHub has a feature called Private vulnerability reporting, which enables security research to privately disclose a vulnerability. Unfortunately, it is not enabled for this repository.

Can you enable it, so that we can report it?

Thanks in advance!

PS: you can read about how to enable private vulnerability reporting here: https://docs.github.com/en/code-security/security-advisories/repository-security-advisories/configuring-private-vulnerability-reporting-for-a-repository
