I have been recently working on a fork to make this module work with coffeescript 2.

I also managed to get some changes merged into coffeescript itself, which enables me to fix a bug related to stack traces in files loaded from cache as improve performance.

Would you be interested in releasing a new major version of the package with the above changes? I'd prefer merging the changes into an existing package as opposed to creating a new one.

I realise that you might not have the time work on this (and I would also like to get this released asap), so If you support the idea of merging the changes into your package I'd humble suggest that you add me as a maintainer to this github repo and to the npm package itself. Thanks!
