LetsForm from Mantine not working

for antd, the postfix for input number does not work, it should be changed to addonAfter in the json to make it work

i already follow the steps on the documentation , but once i refer to the rout /en-us/DataDictionary it is giving not found error

jsx error when using in Create-React-App

Hi, I have started a new project to test lets-form.
project has been created with Create-React-App

when I try to use the LetsForm component I get the following error

using version 0.5.6
for MUI upload component if multiple = true the following error occurs when select a file

Sign Up / Log In with Github error

Trying to sign up or log in with Github via the button from anywhere the site results in the following error:

ArrayItem _ is not defined in version 0.5.2

in version 0.5.2 if form contains an array I get the following error
only happens in version 0.5.2, 0.5.1 works as expected

LetsForm Designer > MUI Toggle > Crash when remove size prop

Streps to reproduce

start new MUI form
add toggle field
set size prop = large
remove size prop by clicking X

above will result in blank screen and console error bellow
