When editing content, the user has no visual hint that a piece of content already has a language attribute.

User can't make the difference between :

• a content that misses the attribute (a11y action needed)
• a content that's already accessible

If you select a content that has an attribute, there's actually a visual hint (grey highlighting) for backend users.

But if you don't select the content first, you can't guess.

This would be helpful to have this kind of hint without having to select the content.
