Hey George,

We are working with your module on a Sitecore site and have been able to get things to work mostly, but have been stymied by a cryptic error that complains that the GUID supplied in the <includeTemplates>

{guid}

Simply using the Home page template, the building of the sitemap fails with:
"Guid should contain 32 digits with 4 dashes (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx)."

The Sitecore version is 7.2 initial release.

Any idea why this might happen?

hi, I would like to make use of your sitemap project in a commercial project i am working on. Is that ok? Theres no license on the repo so thought I should check we have your permission? If that is the case, could you please add a MIT or other appropriate licence to the repo.

The code in Sitecore.Modules.SitemapXML.SitemapManager.GetSitemapItems (see below) assumes that site's are using extranet\Anonymous user, especially the domain (extranet) assumption can be incorrect as Sitecore allows for sites to have different default domain (configured in element), which is usually used in a multi-site scenario.

Sitecore.Security.Accounts.User user = Sitecore.Security.Accounts.User.FromName(@"extranet\Anonymous", true);
using (new Sitecore.Security.Accounts.UserSwitcher(user))

The correct code, should read the default domain from site's context (Sitecore.Context.Site.Domain)
