Hi Gregg, I've tried to run the last commit but I get the error in the title when trying to generate the animation

And, then those normalized values were used to estimate domain boundaries. Then, does not this mean that we are not actually talking about a spatially exclusive expression of CFP or YFP? This approach can allow having a quite significant expression of CFP and YFP at the same time. So, this treatment makes interpretation of the findings in the spatial part of the paper very complicated. I would be more comfortable here if the authors were normalized CFP and YFP values by the RFP values of the cells instead"

Current version is not compatible with the most recent version of PseudoArcLengthContinuation.jl and hence doesn't produce the bistability region in the state-space plot

no limit points found in certain conditions

When I try to load bifurcations.jl I get this error:

LoadError: ArgumentError: Package PseudoArcLengthContinuation [e5973c80-1f2a-11e9-1bfb-0bf1dfb8dbf8] is required but does not seem to be installed:

I've checked and the package is installed, I've also tried Pkg.instantiate() as suggested by the error but it didn't work.

Any idea why?
