luci-app-cpu-perf

CPU performance information and management for LuCI (OpenWrt webUI).

OpenWrt >= 19.07.5.

Dependences: lua, luci-lib-nixio, luci-lib-jsonc.

Installation notes

OpenWrt >= 19.07.5:

wget --no-check-certificate -O /tmp/luci-app-cpu-perf_0.4.0-r1_all.ipk https://github.com/gSpotx2f/packages-openwrt/raw/master/current/luci-app-cpu-perf_0.4.0-r1_all.ipk
opkg install /tmp/luci-app-cpu-perf_0.4.0-r1_all.ipk
rm /tmp/luci-app-cpu-perf_0.4.0-r1_all.ipk
/etc/init.d/rpcd restart
/etc/init.d/cpu-perf start

i18n-ru:

wget --no-check-certificate -O /tmp/luci-i18n-cpu-perf-ru_0.4.0-r1_all.ipk https://github.com/gSpotx2f/packages-openwrt/raw/master/current/luci-i18n-cpu-perf-ru_0.4.0-r1_all.ipk

Stability issues and crashes

Thank you for your cpu-perf! I have a problem with it BTW, I installed it on a ZTE MF286D with 23.05.2 but I had major stability issues and it crash continuously. Removing it did not remove the problem, so I had to set it to performance with the highest CPU frequency (715Mhz) on all 4 cores, the only way to make it stable.

I also tried to erase all, deleting the NAND and reinstalling from serial/tftp port the initramfs, and then the sysupgrade, but the issue remains.

Is it possible to reset to the default governor values, so will be safe to uninstall it?
