Stacked Bar Plots and other Stats

Hi,

Are you planning on making more workshops? If so I would love to know how to make a stacked Stacked bar chart from the obj. I would also love to go beyond alpha and beta diversity and to make some CCA plots and do SIMPER analysis. I am new to this so sorry if what I'm asking doesn't make sense or if this isn't the appropriate place to ask.

Thank you for the workshop you have created though, it is very useful!

Kind regards,
Nate

Need CRAN versions of all packages

The packages metacoder and taxa currently require GitHub versions for the site to build properly. Before the workshop this site should be able to build with CRAN versions and no GitHub versions should be required.

Release for ICPP 2018

We created a release for ICPP 2018 for the population genetics workshop. This creates a static version in case anyone wants to access it while we continue to improve the workshop. Perhaps you should make a release for the microbiome workshop too?

Add jargon glossary to end of each section and overall glossary

This could also be at the start, but I don't want to distract people.

When important terms are used, they should be bolded and an explanation provided and hyper-linked (via anchor tags to the glossary).
Less important terms that we cant avoid should also be in the glossary and hyper-linked (via anchor tags to the glossary), but not bolded.

The glossary terms should also link out to wikipedia or another source for further information, but we cant depend on internet so the glossary should be enough.

An overall glossary can also be made and perhaps that should be when internal links go to, in a new tab if possible.
