Verified same issue occurs in master of git://github.com/grosser/parallel_tests.git

I've fixed the logging of the failed specs:

However, before we do a pull, we really need to get the summary functionality working again. All the specs pass except for https://github.com/bbuchalter/parallel_tests/blob/master/spec/parallel_specs_spec.rb#L206

But I'm not sure what you were trying to do here. Hopefully this gets you started.
