sudoray, I see no on has responded to you. I don't know the answer as my GhostScroll theme is not working correctly. Didn't want you to feel like an orphan. :)

when post get to 30 or more, users can not click the “next page” button coz there is no button in the bottom.lol

The idea of ghostscroll is to provide easy and simple single-page lading page. Since it is a single page site, there is no need for "next page" button.
If you wish to add this feature you are more than welcome to extend ghost scroll by using ghost docs. http://themes.ghost.org/
