- และเขียนข้อมูล อ่านข้อมูล แก้ไขข้อมูล ลบข้อมูลในฐานข้อมูลได้ และให้บรรยายขั้นตอนวิธีการออกแบบโปรแกรมสารสนเทศตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนเขียนโปรแกรมเสร็จ
