Complete implementation of api with tastypie.

The from won't save because of the banner image that invalidates the form .
It works with uploading with the admin website.
I tried to fix it with adding multipart/form-data but it is still not working.

Also the way of showing errors is my own finding . If you want it i can add it to the forms
