When opening sln, changes are made to open files, not just the specified files.

If the .xxproj file is in a folder that is not a sub folder of .sln file folder it is not found and therefore not auto modified.

Rules kick-in when opening a file, not just when opening solution

• Being able to apply the replace on demand (menu item in the project/solution contextual menu) would be great.

• Should not fail (or option required) if multiple files matching the filename pattern are found.

• When fail, bug clear all the rules.

2. If solution is also empty in above, it should apply that rule to all .sln files that gets opened in VS.
