When a bond's slaves are unassigned (or reassigned) in dstate, we should delete the old bond.

Currently Etherweaver cannot find interface nodes if a lower case "G" is used like so:

interfaces.1g.1.get

This should probably be corrected for user friendliness, as case insensitivity here shouldn't cause a problem.

We need to come up with a way of automatically documenting what node types are valid, and which functions are associated with them. The dispatch trees that could be used to generate this are located in the following methods:

Appliance._build_dispatch_tree()
Appliance.interface_dispatch()

Ideally we would want to render the information contained within those dicts in an auto-module like fashion on the configuration docs page.

Right now the read me is very out of date and contains a lot of information that is no longer valid. Some examples from the getting started page should probably take the place of much of the read me content.

When running commands against a single appliance, building the entire infrastructure tree is unnecessary.
