All code in this notebook utilized Julia version 1.9.2 and the latest version of all packages. It may be possible to download the latest Julia but it is not guaranteed since Julia is open-source and a relatively new language that updates quite frequently.

A note about presentation of figures as outputs in github: There may be some bugs when displaying some charts directly in github which does not reflect the true output of the plotting functions. These bugs are related solely to displaying the figures in github not the figures and their content themselves. The code does produce the corresponding figures shown in the paper when run and are displayed properly in the notebook when locally opened in jupyter notebook.
