update-policy-rc.d --set-system-default puts the default policy in the wrong place
policy-rc.d searches for it in /etc/policy-rc.d/default-policy/default-policy, but update-policy-rc.d puts it in /etc/policy-rc.d/default-policy.
make install puts policy-rc.d in wrong location
make install is install policy-rc.d into /sbin instead of /usr/sbin

The scripts should display short usage examples when invoked without (or with incorrect) arguments
update-policy-rc.d at least should display something when called without arguments.
Please create Debian package
Hello.
I think your implementation of policy-rc.d is very good and seing that there is nothing comparable in Debian/Ubuntu yet, I would love it if your implementation would get packaged and officially added to Debian.
If it's not possible to get it in Debian yet, at least make a ppa with the package...
